摘要
用十二项形态和生理指标的隶属函数值评估六个水稻品种萌发期的抗冷性,用气相色谱仪分析吸胀种胚总极性脂和磷脂酰甘油的脂肪酸组成。结果表明,水稻品种的抗冷性强弱与种胚膜脂磷脂酰甘油的脂肪酸饱和度极显著相关(r=-0.9807),而与种胚膜极性脂脂肪酸不饱和指数相关性较差。
The cold resistance of 6 varieties of rice during germinating were appraised by using the subordinate function value of 12 morphological and physiological tests, and the fatty acid compositions of polar lipid and phosphatidyl glycerols (PG) from soaked embryo were analyzed by gas-liquid chromatography. The results showed that it was the level of saturated fatty acid in PG that was closely correlated with the cold resistance of rice, not the index of unsaturated fatty acid in total polar lipid.
