摘要
本文对非渐开线插齿刀齿侧面的逼近加工进行了分析和研究，建立了用成形磨齿法加工非渐开线插齿刀齿侧面的数学模型，并提出了插齿刀齿形误差的补偿措施。
In this paper,the approximation machining of the flank for non-involute gear-shaper cutter is analysed and studied. The mathematical model of the tooth flank for non-involute gear-shaper cutter is established,and compensating step of profile error for gear-shaper cutter is put forward.
