摘要 针对大型框架式设备测量覆盖件刚度的笨重不便等问题,成功地研制出可广泛应用于实际生产现场的覆盖件便携式刚度测试仪。开发的刚度测试仪可以针对各类曲面形状覆盖件上的任意点做三维空间任意调整,以完成对被测点施加法向载荷,实现了定量评估覆盖件刚度的规范性与准确性,对指导生产起到了重要的作用。 The portable stiffness testing instrument for automotive panel was developed, and the defects, such as heavy inconvenience and non-standard in the process of stiffness measure were avoided. In order to complete the normal load test, the testing instrument could be performed on the arbitrary point of three-dimensional space of curved surface by adjusting the stiffness testing instrument, and the accuracy and normatively of evaluation on automotive panel stiffness was achieved. The portable stiffness testing instrument can be widely used in the production of automotive panel at the scene, and it plays an important role on guiding the production.
