摘要
400 MN航空模锻液压机结构复杂,工作载荷和预应力巨大,在设计中采用有限元方法对其整机结构进行力学分析尤为重要。本文采用商业有限元软件Abaqus进行计算,重点考察了机架在预应力状态、中心和偏心载荷工作状态下的受力和变形状况。结果表明:在各种工况条件下,机架的位移、变形、挠曲和内应力都在设计的允许范围内,坎合界面两边始终保持大于50 MPa的面压,机架处于安全状态。
400 MN aviation die forging hydraulic press has a complex structure, very large working load and pre-stress, so mechanics analysis of the whole forging press is important by finite element method in the course of design. The stress and displacement of frame were analyzed in pre-stressed, center and off-center loading state using business software Abaqus. Result shows that the frame is safe; average compression stress of ridge-join interface is bigger than 50 MPa; the displacement, distortion, flexing and stress is within the design allowance range for three types of operating conditions.
