摘要
使用Pro/E软件对汽车顶盖零件进行三维建模,建立了零件的工艺补充面和压料面,并转换到DY-NAFORM中建立了零件的有限元模型。应用DYNAFORM软件进行模拟计算分析,研究了摩擦系数、模具间隙、材料参数(n,r值)等因素对零件成形的影响。结果表明,模具与板料之间的摩擦系数、模具间隙及材料参数n值对板料的流动有重要作用,对冲压结果有显著影响。
3D numerical model of the automobile's covering part was built by CAD software Pro/E, meanwhile, addendum surfaces and blank holding surfaces were created, then the numerical model was transformed into FEM model in CAE sofrware DYNAFORM. By simulating in DYNAFORM, the influences of the factors, such as the friction coefficient, die clearance and material parameter's n and r, on stamping formability were studied. The results show that these parameters have significant influence on the sheet's flow and the stamping result.
