摘要 采用有限单元法建立铝合金点蚀三维圆锥体模型,对拉伸载荷下不同径深比和深度的点蚀应力场进行分析,得到点蚀有效应力集中系数Kf;并在定性分析点蚀群Kf影响因素的基础上,采用分区随机数定位分布的方法,引入点蚀系数定量分析点蚀群Kf。最后采用回归方法分析得到点蚀径深比、深度和点蚀系数与Kf的经验公式。 The pitting corrosion of aluminium alloy was simplified as three-dimensional cone model. Finite element method was used to analyze the stress field of the pitting corrosion with different depth and diameter-depth ratio which is under tension stress, and then the effective stress concentration factor (Kf) of the pitting corrosion was obtained. After qualitative analysis of pitting corrosion group, pitting corrosion coefficient was introduced to describe Kf by using random orientation method. Empirical equation that relates diameter-depth ratio, depth and pitting corrosion coefficient to Kf was established by regression method.
