摘要
通过分析大型压缩机组基础在施工过程中存在的质量风险,从恰当控制水泥水化热的释放、减缓混凝土表面的散热速度以及提高地脚螺栓安装精度等方面提出了风险预防措施,包括加强混凝土选用水化热低且水化速度慢的水泥,分层浇注及降低混凝土拌和物的入模温度;采用保温型双层模板加强混凝土表面保温和保温养护,以及采用地脚螺栓定位模具和采用固定架固定地脚螺栓等。
Quality risk existed in construction of foundation for jarge-seale compressor sets is analyzed.Risk prevention countermeasures are proposed aiming at proper controlling hydration heat release of cement,slowing down the heat radiating velocity at concrete surface and increasing installation accuracy for anchor bolt These countermeasures are consisted of selecting the cement with lower hydrationn heat and sloW heat radiating Velocity,layer-by-layer casting concrete and lowering the mixtures temperature before casting,insulating the surface of concrete with doUble-layer template and insulating curing,and using locating mould for anchor bolt and fixed stand to fix the anchor bolt as well.
