摘要
基于第二代YQH-100油气混输泵叶轮的基本参数,对叶轮的翼型参数进行了优化设计。使用三维软件对动叶片进行三维造型,以Fluent软件进行流场模拟。从翼型形式的选择、翼型最大厚度相对弦长位置变化等方面入手,选择更适合于油气混输泵工作的翼型。结果表明,最大厚度位于弦长50%处的791翼型性能最优。
Optimal design on aerofoil parameter of impeller is made based on the second YQH-100 oil-gas pump.Three-dimensional modeling of impeller is made with 3D software and flow field simulation is carried out with FLUENT software.Starting from aerofoil model,thickness of aerofoil and the maximum thickness of aerofoil opposite to the variation of chord position,aerofoil selection for oil-gas pump are made.The result shows that when the position of maximum thickness of aerofoil is at the 50% of 791-aerofoil,at where the performance of oil-gas pump is much better.
