Cr^(3+)对Al_2O_3陶瓷膜微观结构及耐酸性能的影响

摘要 研究了Cr3+的添加量与膜耐酸性的关系及Al2O3陶瓷膜的质量损失率随硝酸浓度及酸浸时间变化的规律。结果表明,Cr2O3的加入量为2%时,用10mol/L硝酸浸蚀168h后质量损失率为0.042%,抗折强度为74MPa;加入Na2O的质量损失率为0.32%,抗折强度为56MPa,Cr3+的引入使Al2O3陶瓷膜的耐酸腐蚀性能得到显著改善。 Adding a certain amount of Cr^3+ can improve Al2O3 ceramic membrane' s acidproof behavior. The effects of adding volume of Cr^3+ on the propreties of Al2O3 ceramic membrane, including membrane' s acidproof behavior and the concentration of nitric acid and acid leaching time on the mass loss rate of Al2O3 ceramic membrane, have been studied. The results show that the introduction of Cr^3+ can improve the acidproof behavior of Al2O3 ceramic membrane significantly.
