摘要
信息时代的来临已经彻底颠覆了人们获取信息、知识的途径,改变了人与人之间的关系。以W eb2.0为代表的互联网不仅仅是内容的交互,更是人的交互。随着信息技术的迅猛发展,网络提供给人们的交互手段或环境越来越强大与便捷,使得网络中的虚拟团队的不断衍生、发展。本文着重就网络学习中虚拟团队的形成与交互机制进行初步分析、探讨。
The advent of the information age has completely subverted the way that people gain the information and knowledge, and changed the relationship between people. Web2.0 in the Internet is not just represented by the interactive content, but also the interaction of people. With the rapid development of information technology, network to provide interactive tools to people or the environment more and more powerful and convenient, in order to make the network virtual team continuous to derive and develop. This paper focuses on virtual team interaction and mechanism for the formation and a preliminary analysis to explore in e -learning.
