摘要 SAURER400型剑杆织机配备的是机械式送经卷取装置,使得织机结构复杂、控制精度低、滞后严重.针对这些问题,采用了PLC、伺服电机和触摸屏对SAURER400型剑杆织机的送经卷取机构进行改进,设计了一套电子送经卷取控制系统.实验结果表明,该电子送经卷取控制系统对经纱张力波动控制灵敏,控制精度大大提高,停开车稀密路得到明显改善,断头明显减少. The let-off and take-up mechanisms of SAURER400 Rapier Loom are mechanical, which makes structure complex and control precision low and lag serious. In light of these problems, PLC and servo motor and touch screen are adopted to improve the let-off and take-up mechanism of SAURER400. A control system of electronic let-off and take-up i~ designed. The test results show that this control system of electronic let-off and take-up is sensitive for controlling the fluctuation of warp tension and enhances the control accuracy. This control system obviously reduces the warp end breakage rate, and the sparsity denseness road of the fabric has also been a very good improvement.
