基于ADAMS的特种纤维梳理机剥取装置运动学和动力学仿真

摘要 为研究特种纤维的梳理工艺,需研制一台特种纤维梳理机,该机主要由喂入、梳理、剥取、卷绕4部分机构组成,其中剥取机构的运动学、动力学性能要求较高,需进行实体仿真和理论分析.本文基于CAD/CAE集成环境,运用Pro/E软件进行特种纤维梳理机剥取装置的三维实体造型,并将其导入动力学分析软件ADAMS中建立分析模型,以一种方便快捷的方法完成特种纤维梳理机剥取机构的运动学和动力学分析.仿真结果表明:该剥取装置运动学、动力学性能较好,能满足工艺要求. To study the special fiber carding process, a special fiber carding machine should be developed, which is composed of four parts, such as feeding device, carding equipment, stripping institution, and winding device. The stripping machine requires higher kinematics and dynamics performance, and needs physical simulation and theoretical analysis. Based on CAD/CAE integrated environment and the use of Pro/E software, the three-dimensional solid modeling of stripping institution is set up, and then it is imported into dynamic analysis software ADAMS to build the analysis model, which completes the kinematics and dynamics analysis about the stripping institution of special fiber carding machine in a convenient way. The simulation results show that the stripping device has good kinematics and dynamics performance, can meet the technological requirements.
