摘要
通过加入甜菜碱提高活性染料对棉织物低盐染色的染色深度(K/S值),研究了甜菜碱浓度、Na2CO3浓度、固色时间、浴比和温度等对染色织物染色深度的影响,得到加甜菜碱时的最佳染色工艺为:活性红B-3BF4% owf,NaCO3 35g/L(入染时加入),甜菜碱1.2g/L,浴比1∶10,温度60℃,染色时间80min.结果表明,加入甜菜碱后活性红B-3BF对棉织物染色可减少60%左右的无机盐(Na2SO4)用量,染色牢度也有所提高,将甜菜碱应用于其它活性染料的染色,发现其染样的K/S值也都有不同程度的提高.
The betaine is added to improve the K/S value when dying cotton fabric with reactive dyes. The effects of dyeing bath ratio, salt concentration, alkali concentration, fixation time and dyeing temperature on colour strength of dyed cotton fabric are studied. The optimum dyeing processes with betaine are obtained,which is reactive red B-3BF 4% owf,Na2CO3 35 g/L (added at the dyeing initial stage), betaine 1.2 g/L, bath ratio 1 : 10, dyeing temperature 60 ℃ and time 80 min. The results show that about 60% inorganic salt (sodium sulphate ) is reduced and the fastness is improved in the dyeing of cotton fabric using reactive red B-3BF with betaine. Betaine is used in other reactive dyes and the result shows that the K/S value of dyed fabric is enhanced in vary degree compared with traditional dyeing.
