摘要
21世纪作战模式的根本改变和海军新型舰载雷达的技术变革对舰载雷达的保障模式提出了新的需求,全系统、全寿命军民一体化保障模式逐渐成为研究和发展方向。介绍了美国和俄罗斯的综合保障模式特点以及美国的一体化保障模式发展状况,结合中国综合保障模式现状,提出了适合中国国情和现代化海战特点的一体化综合保障模式和建议。
In 21th century, the radical change of operational modes and technical transformation of new shipborne radar suggest certain new requirements. All-system and All-life military-civilian logistics support become the development trend. This paper introduces the characteristics of logistics support of USA and Russia. Based on the logistics support of our country, we propose a logistics support mode and some suggestions which would fit the situation and modern sea battle.
