法国军用电子信息技术发展研究

A Review on Development of French Military Electronics and Information Technology Research

法国国防部于2007年6月公布《未来30年远景规划》,其中提出未来防务需要重点发展军用电子信息技术,尤其是微电子技术、光电子技术和电真空技术等基础技术,并把空间技术、信息通信技术、微纳米技术等高新技术纳入优先研究和发展领域。法国经过多年的自主研发和大型技术计划的成功推进,已具有完整独立的军用电子信息技术研制能力以及开发设施,其雷达、通信以及先进探测技术均位居世界先进水平。文中主要介绍了法国军用电子信息技术发展的现状、发展趋势和发展特点。

The French Defense Ministry published in June 2007 ＂long-term planning for the next 30 years＂, in which the focus is on the development of future military defense electronics and information technology, especially microelectronics, photonics technology, electrical vacuum technology and other basic technologies, and space technology, information communication technology, micro-nano-technology are considered as areas of priority of high-tech research and development. France, after years of independent research and development of large technical projects and successful promotion of the plan, already can independently develope military electronics, information technology and other facilities, and its radar, communication, and advanced detection technology are on the highest of the world advanced level. In this paper, we introduce the French military electronics and information technology development status, trends and characteristics of the development.
