摘要
简要介绍了液压测试技术;给出了硬件结构并对主要硬件进行了介绍;给出了液压测试系统的功能结构,该系统主要包括数据采集模块、数据显示模块、数据处理模块和数据管理模块等,并对主要模块进行了简要介绍;基于VB开发出了一套液压测试系统,将该系统推广应用于山东常林集团YZ18A型振动压路机振动液压系统的测试,达到了预期效果。
This paper briefly introduces the hydraulic test technology and main hardware and gives its hardware and hydraulic test system structure and function. The system mainly includes some functional modules, such as, data collection module, data display module, data handling module and data administration module. At the same time, it introduces main modules in brief, develops a set of hydraulic test system based on VB, popularizes and uses it to test vibrating system of YZ18JA-type vibrating road roller in Chang Lin Group. The result reaches anticipate effect.
