摘要
针对凸轮轴的磨削加工过程中被控对象的不确定性以及常规的控制系统适应性差、控制精度低的缺点,建立了基于神经网络的数控车磨复合机床模型参考自适应控制模型。实践表明,该模型克服了上述缺点,并具有良好的加工效果。
Aiming at the uncertainty of controlled objects during grinding camshaft and poor adaptability and low control precision with the traditional control system, this paper establishes a model of model reference adaptive control of NC combined machining based on neural network theory. The practice shows that the disadvantages mentioned above can be overcome and a good grinding result can be obtained by using this model.
