摘要
短路与杂散腐蚀的控制是电解加工孔的一个重要研究内容。从电流信号的角度分析短路现象与杂散腐蚀现象,提出了电流阀值控制方案,并进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,优化阈值后的电流阈值控制方案不仅可以有效减少短路次数和进行短路保护,减轻阳极工件与阴极工具的损坏程度,而且可以降低孔出口处的杂散腐蚀。
Short circuit and stray corrosion are important topics in electrochemical machining. In this paper, short circuit and stray corrosion in the process are discussed. The method of current control is used to reduce short circuit and stray corrosion. Experimental results indicate that this method can not only reduce the number of short circuit and protect the system, but also decrease the stray corrosion.
