摘要
以直驱式压力阀为研究对象,介绍了数字式控制器的工作原理,建立了嵌入式测控平台。实验结果表明,数字式控制器可实现阀的各种调控方式,有效地提高了系统精度和生产效率,为研究数字直驱式电液伺服控制提供参考。
This paper introduces the principle of the digital controller for direct drive pressure valve and establishes the embedded platform of measurement and control. Experimental results indicate that the digital controller can implement all kinds of control modes of DDV, improve system precision and manufacture efficiency greatly, and give a reference to digital direct drive electro-hydraulic servo control.
