摘要
电流源高频链逆变技术存在3种拓扑结构,即单管单向?单管双向?全桥双向电流源高频链逆变器。提出了另一种全新的拓扑结构,即半桥双向电流源高频链逆变器。这种拓扑结构不仅克服了电压源高频链逆变技术固有的电压过冲的缺点,而且具有拓扑结构简单、体积小、使用器件少并能自动实现能量的双向流动等优点。主要阐述了该逆变器的工作原理、工作模式和控制方案。最后通过计算机仿真对这种拓扑结构分别进行验证,并给出实验结果。
Based on the current mode high frequent link (HFL) inverter technology of three basic topologies: unidirectional, bidirectional and full-bridge current mode HFL inverters, another topology is introduced in the thesis, that is half-bridge current mode HFL. This topology not only overcomes the inherent voltage surge shortcoming of voltage mode HFL inverters, but also has simple topology, less components, small size, automatical bidirectional energy deliver. Their operation principles, operation modes and control schemes are discussed in the thesis. The topology is verified with the simulation results and the experimental result is given.
