摘要
生态足迹是一种度量人类对自然利用程度的新综合指标,在阐述生态足迹、生态承载力概念和计算模型的基础上,运用生态足迹分析法,测算国道109线十七沟至清水河段公路工程项目建设前后的生态足迹和生态承载力,结果表明:工程建设前存在生态盈余0.242 702 hm2/人,建设后生态盈余为0.240 371 hm2/人。建设项目对地区生态压力影响较小;而且各项占用土地均在土地利用规划范围内,从生态学角度证明该工程项目具有可行性。
Ecological footprint is an integrated index of measuring the impact of Humaffs consumption on ecosystem. Based on the ecological footprint theory and calculation method, the ecological footprint and biocapacity of highroad were measured by using the ecological footprint analytical method in 109 nationgal highway from 17 Gou to Qingshuihe in this paper. The result showed that there is ecological surplus 0. 242 702 hm^2 per capita before highway building and 0. 240 371 hm^2 per capita after highway building. The ecological press index is small. And all kinds of impropriated land are in the range of land use programming. The highway projects were to be proven feasible in terms of ecology.
