介绍了长春理工大学电信工程学院光电信息处理技术实验室重特色、建精品实验室的体会。通过明确的专业定位，依托自主研制的实验教学平台，提出了“厚基础、宽专业、重特色”的教学理念，突出实验室的专业文化特色，培养满足社会需求的新型电子工程师。

This paper presents some experience how to set up a Photoelectricity Measure and Information Disposal laboratory of the College of Electronic and Information Engineering of Changchun University of Science and Technology. By specific specialty orientation and relying on experiment teaching platform made by ourselves, the paper advances the teaching idea of profound base, broad specialty and paying attention to characteristics, and gives prominence to specialty culture feature of the laboratory, in order to train new electronic engineers who can satisfy the demand of society.
