摘要
滚动轴承组合结构设计是机械设计类课程中一个重要内容,为此开设了与滚动轴承组合结构设计紧密相关的轴系结构设计实验。在分析传统轴系结构设计实验的基础上,针对传统实验教学中存在的问题,利用现代先进的计算机及网络技术,对实验的内容、方法、过程及要求进行改革创新,研究和构建了以滚动轴承组合结构设计为重点的模拟实验。
The unitized structure design of rolling bearings is very important in the curriculum of mechanical design. So the experiments were offered for structure design of shafts closely related to unitized design of rolling contact bearings. Based on the analyses of the traditional experiments on structure design of shafts, modern and advanced technologies on computer and network are taken advantage of , and the experimental content, way, process and requirement are improved to solve the problem existed in the traditional teaching program in experiments. Simulation experiments focused on the unitized structure design of rolling bearings are studied and constructured.
