摘要
为了展现工业以太网通信的关键技术,以微控制器S3C44B0X和以太网控制器RTL8019AS为核心,以键盘和显示液晶为交互手段,提出了一种以工业应用为背景的以太网实验系统的设计与实现方案。详细介绍了系统总体规划和设计、硬件设计原理、软件实现模型和总体流程,并通过对“利用IP协议进行数据发送与接收”的实验过程的分析,该系统实现了设计思想和关键技术。实际应用表明,该系统使用户能直观、快速地掌握工业以太网的关键通信技术。
In order to exhibit the key technologies of industry Ethernet, the Ethernet experimental system used in industrial area is designed. This system is based on microcontroller S3C44B0X and Ethernet controller RTL8019AS, and uses keyboard and liquid crystal display as interactive medium. This paper focuses primarily on overall planning and design of the system, hardware design framework, implementation model and main flow charts of the software. An experiment of "using IP protocol to complete sending and receiving data" is analyzed, which is used to show the design method and the key part of the implementation. Practical application shows that every experiment makes users realize the protocol function step by step, so the experimental system can make users master the key communication technologies of industry Ethernet quickly and straightly.
