论大学核心价值体系的理论模型及实证研究

On the Theoretical Model and Empirical Research of the Core Value System of Universities

本文通过对影响大学核心价值体系因子的梳理,利用层次分析法(AHP)对影响五大价值传播渠道的主要因子进行了详细界定,通过专家调查法确定了各因子相对于上层因子的权重,建立起大学核心价值体系(建设)完善度的数学评估模型。利用该评估模型对上海交通大学进行的实证研究,提供了大学核心价值体系建设方面的具有可操作性的建议。

By summarizing the impact factors of the core value system of a university, the article uses Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to define the main factors that affect the five Value Transmitting Channels （VTC）. After deciding on the weight of each factor in relation to its upper-level factor, the paper establishes a mathematical appraisal model to evaluate the sophistication of the core value systems of universities, and applies it to Shanghai Jiaotong University as an empirical study. The paper also offers some feasible suggestions on the construction of a university＇s core value system.
