Determination of Indoleacetic Acid by Chemiluminescence with Luminol-Potassium Ferricyanide System

摘要 研究发现,碱性介质中吲哚乙酸(IAA)对铁氰化钾-鲁米诺体系的化学发光强度有显著的增强作用,并且增强程度和IAA浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系,据此建立了灵敏的化学发光法检测IAA的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定IAA的线性范围和检出限分别为1.2×10-9mol/L^3.0×10-7mol/L和5.76×10-10mol/L.对1.0×10-8mol/L的吲哚乙酸进行了11次的平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.58%.将该法直接用于土壤样品中IAA含量的分析测定,回收率在96.0%~104.3%之间. In alkali media, the reaction of luminol and potassium ferricyanide produce the chemiluminescence, which can be increased by adding indoleacetic acid (IAA). Therefore, a novel method for the determination of IAA directly based on the flow injection-chemiluminescence is presented. In optimum conditions, the proposed method allowed the determination of IAA in the range 1.2×10^-9 mol/L -3.0 ×10^-7 mol/L, with a detection limit of 5.76×10^-10 mol/L. The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 3.58% ( n = 11 ) for 9.6×10^-9 mol/L IAA. The method has been applied to determinend IAA in soil samples.
