达乌胡枝子分枝期和孕蕾期茎叶比分别为1：2．44和1：1．67，开花期茎叶花比为1：0．63：1．29，结实期茎叶果比为1：0．66：1．98；开花期蛋白质含量为11．66％-12．75％，粗纤维为34．26％-35．04％；叶中蛋白质含量为16．68％，明显高于茎中含量，粗纤维含量为22．98％，低于茎中含量，胡萝卜素仅存在于叶中，达到19．15mg／kg。
