摘要
以元宝枫花粉为材料，研究培养基成分和贮藏条件等因子对元宝枫花粉萌发的作用和影响。结果表明：基本培养基中添加不同浓度的赤霉素（GA3）和硼酸（H3BO3）对元宝枫花粉的萌发有一定的促进作用；低温有利于元宝枫花粉的贮藏。
The study was used acer truncatum （Acer truncatum Bunge）as material, and research the effects of the culture medium components and storage condition on the germination of Acer truncatum. The results indicated that different concentration of GA3 and H3BO3 promoted the germination of A cer truncatum; and low temperature was good to store.
