枇杷花总黄酮的提取工艺优化 被引量:28

摘要 对枇杷花中的总黄酮进行了提取研究,以得到较佳的提取条件。通过对提取溶剂、温度、时间和固液比单因素的试验,在此基础上对提取温度、时间和固液比进行正交试验,得到枇杷花中总黄酮提取的较佳条件是:提取温度100℃,时间3h,固液(干花∶水)比1∶30,提取率为16%,即总黄酮含量为160mg/g干花。 To extract flavonoids in loquat flowers preferably, firstly the single factors which affected the extraction of flavonoids in loquat flowers including solvent, temperature, time and solid/liquid ratio were investigated respectively. Then the orthogonal test of temperature, solid/liquid ratio and time was carried on thereafter, by which the best extraction parameters were obtained, i.e. extracting in water at temperature 100℃, sohd/liquid ratio 1:30 and extracting time 3 h. Under this condition the extract rate resulted in 16.01%, which meant 160.1 mg total flavonoids per gram of dry loquat flowers.
