浅析勐糯铅锌矿的开采贫化与损失管理

A Brief Analysis on Mining Dilution and Loss Management in Yunnan Mengnuo Lead & Zinc Mine

分析了云南永昌铅锌股份有限公司勐糯铅锌矿矿山在开拓探矿、采准切割、采场设计、矿房回采及放矿过程中贫化损失产生的原因,并总结了生产中控制贫化损失行之有效的成功经验。通过强化安全管理与技术管理,降低了贫化损失率,提高了采出矿石的质量,从而降低了采矿成本,增加了经济效益。这些成功经验可供类似矿山参考、借鉴。

The causes of ore dilution and mining loss during the processes of exploit exploration, mining preparation and cutting, stope design, chamber stoping and ore drawing in Mengnuo Lead ＆ Zinc Mine of Yunnan Yongchang Lead ＆ Zinc Co. , Ltd. were analyzed, and some successful experiences of effectively controlling ore dilution and loss in mining production were summarized. By strengthening the combination safety management with technical management, the ore dilution and loss rates were reduced and the quality of extracted ores was improved as a result to lower the mining cost and increase economic benefits. These successful experiences can be provided similar mines for reference.
