随着近年来我国高等教育的快速发展,高校基础设施建设利用BOT项目融资方式运作,有许多的优势和广泛的需求,同时,也面临许多复杂的项目管理和风险控制问题。本文对高校BOT项目融资方式运作管理中的重点问题和经常性风险控制,进行了分析探讨。

With the fast growing tertiary education in China in recent years, there are many advantages and huge needs to make use of BOT （Build-Operate-Transfer） project financing operation manner in college＇s infrastructure development, however, there are also many complex problems about project management and risk control which should be faced. The crucial issues, including management, financing during BOT project operation in college and risk control strategy were analyzed and discussed.
