营养因子对液体发酵金针菇多糖合成的影响

摘要 为了优化金针菇合成多糖的液体发酵培养基配置,本文以金针菇杂交菌种F19为研究对象,以金针菇多糖收率为评价指标,探讨了不同碳源、氮源、无机盐、维生素及其不同配比对金针菇多糖合成的影响,采取正交试验方法得出最佳液体发酵培养基为:马铃薯200 g(去皮煮汁)、葡萄糖10 g、可溶性淀粉30 g、玉米粉30 g、KCl 1.0 g,VB2100 mg、水1000 mL. In order to optimize the submerged fermentation medium of Flammuling velutipes Cart. sing. In the strain F19, we have studied the effect of carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salt, vitamin and their different proportion on the yield of Flammulina velutipes Polysaccharide by submerged fermentation. The optimum formula of culture medium was determined by using orthogonal test. Its compositions were as follows: 200 g irish potato, glucose 10 g, soluble starch 30 g, corn starch 30 g, KCl 1.0g and water 1 000 ml.
