金融危机下我国纺织业供应链面临的问题分析

Analysis on the problems of supply chain of China's textile industry under the financial crisis

纺织业是我国的传统制造业.金融危机下,纺织业的出口受到很大影响,整个供应链面临库存增加的问题,而造成这些问题的主要原因是出口需求下降、内需不足、管理粗放等.本文针对纺织业供应链特点及供应链问题的原因,提出供应链建设的对策,以期为我国纺织业物流建设提供参考.

The textile industry is China＇ s traditional manufacturing industry. The export of textile is greatly affected by the he financial crisis, and the whole supply chain of the textile industry is faced with increasing inventory problem. The main reasons to create these problems are the decline of demand for export, insufficiency of domestic need, extensive management and so on. Aiming at the characteristics of supply chain of textile industry and reasons for problems of supply chain, the countermeasures to construct supply chain were put forward in this paper, providing some references for the construction of textile logistics in China.
