The problem of occupational health surveillance of migrant workers is the focus and difficult problem of occupational health, and it is an important aspect of the prevention and control of occupational disease and the protection of occupational health and fair labor rights for migrant workers. According to the research on occupational health surveillance of migrant workers in Beijing, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hubei, Inner Mongolia and other places, the present models of occupational health surveillance on various regions were studied comparatively and an new model frame and its implement conditions were put forward in order to improve the rate of occupational health surveillance for migrant workers to protect their health.
