摘要 为了提高煤矿应急资源在日常的分类分级管理和在突发事故救援过程中的统一调度,把煤矿应急资源划分为人员流、物资流和信息流,并且通过构建煤矿应急资源救援调度模型和建立煤矿应急资源实时监控机制,提高应急资源在突发事故或预案演练中的应急保障能力,最终实现应急资源的日常分类管理、灾时统一调度的应急联动体系。 For the purpose to enhance the daily management of emergency resouces in levels and types and the unified command during the process of rescue, the emergency resource was optimally classified by the streams of human, resource, and information. The model of emergency resource for unified command and the real-time monitoring mechanism for emergency resource of coal mine were established to enhance the capacity of rescuing support for the accident or daily practice, and the emergency cooperation system of the daily catalogue management and unified command in the process of rescue was realized at last.
