汶川地震的发生,使建筑抗震设防问题再一次成为敏感的话题。本文通过对价值工程和抗震性能的探讨,提出几种提高房屋抗震价值的方法,可为结构设计提供参考。

Wenchuan Earthquake happened, so that the issue of seismic fortification building once again becomes an intensive topic. Based on value engineering and seismic performance, several methods to enhance the seismic value of buildings are proposed in this paper, and they can be referred to structural design.
