摘要
本文结合某高层建筑地下室大型基坑开挖实例,根据地质条件、环境条件、施工安全要求以及工程质量、进度和经济要求,对基坑支护结构的围护挡墙和支撑类型的选择与布置进行了多方案对比优选;基坑开挖采用分层分段的开挖方式,降水配合土方开挖进行,按设计要求对开挖过程进行了动态监测,监测结果表明本工程采用静压沉管灌注桩结合钢筋混凝土内支撑的基坑围护结构在软土地基中是可行的,保证了施工和环境安全,并取得较好的经济效果。
Combined with the example of the excavation of the foundation - pit of a high building, the paper introduces the optimizating selection of the retaining and supporting structure of the foundation - pit based on the geological condition ,surrounding condition and the requirements of safety, quality, period and economic of the project. The partation and laminar excavation technolgy is introduced in the project, along with dewatering and dynamic monitoring according to design requirements. The feedback information of monitoring data show that adopting statically pressed encased cast - in - place piles and concrete internal supporting system in foundation pit in soft soil area is practical, to ensure the safty of construction and surounding environment, to win more economic benefits.
