摘要
本文在可持续建筑理念上上引入了全面造价管理的理论,分析了全面造价管理在可持续建筑中的作用和地位。文章还探讨了可持续发展造价管理方法在工程项目不同阶段的管理方法和应用。
In this paper, a comprehensive cost management theory is introduced into the concept of sustainable building, and analyse the role and status of comprehensive cost management in the sustainable building. The article also discusses the application of developed cost management methods in project＇s different stages.
