摘要
分别采用4-AP致小鼠过敏性皮肤瘙痒模型和组胺致小鼠足肿胀试验,探索地肤子总皂苷硅胶柱层析的活性部位和量效关系。结果表明,地肤子抗过敏活性成分主要集中在氯仿一甲醇为9:1的2、3BV,8:2的1—3BV,7:3的1—3BV洗脱液中;地肤子总皂苷抗过敏作用的有效阈剂量为32mg/kg,良效剂量为150mg/kg,且抗过敏性瘙痒作用比抗过敏介质的致炎作用强。
The active fractions and the dose - effect relationship of Fructus Kochia Scoparia were studied by using the experimental model of the mice allergic cutaneous pruritus caused by 4 - AP and the test of mice foot swelling caused by histamine. The results showed that the anti -allergic active components mainly existed in the2 and 3 BV eluante of 9 : 1 CH3Cl-MeOH, 1 -3 BV eluante of 8 : 2 and 7 : 3 CH3Cl- MeOH. The effective threshold dose of total saponin of Fructus Kochia Scoparia was 32 mg/kg and the moder- ate effective dose was 150 mg/kg. The results also showed that its resistance to the allergic pruritus was stronger than that to the infammafion - causing effect of anti - allergic medium.
