Probe into the utilization of new Rural Cooperative Medical System information system construction in health care decision-making

本文以各地上报工作信息及部分省份现场调研情况为基础,结合相关文献资料进行综合分析,探索信息化在新农合管理与决策中的应用与作用,以进一步明确新农合信息化建设方向与内容,促进各地新农合信息化建设更加科学、有序。

Based on work briefings reported by the provinces and results of field surveys into relevant prov- inces, this paper explores how the information systems are used and what role they plays in new Rural Cooperative Medical Systems（RCMS） management and decision-making, in combination of comprehensive analysis of relevant lit- eratures, so as to further nail down the direction and contents of RCMS information system construction and therefore promote rational and orderly construction in each province.
