本文通过系统收集分析2007年各地医药卫生改革相关资料,归纳和总结了地方医药卫生改革发展的主要内容和特征,并进一步探讨改革中的经验与启示,为了解2007年我国各地卫生改革全貌,汲取和推广相关经验提供借鉴。

This paper collected a number of news reports, heahhcare reform policies and documents about healthcare reforms at local regions over the country in 2007 with respective analysis. It also summarized the main contents and characteristics of those local heahhcare reform measures. The paper presents a panorama of China healthcare reform with expectation of providing experiences for the future.
