机械性创伤致心肌细胞凋亡发生的时间规律 被引量:4

Time course of myocardial apoptosis induced by mechanical trauma in vivo

摘要 目的:通过制备在体大鼠机械性创伤模型,观察创伤后心肌细胞是否发生凋亡,以及凋亡发生的时间变化规律。方法:利用Noble-Collip创伤仪制备机械创伤模型,于创伤后不同时间点测定平均动脉压,并运用TUNEL和caspase3活性检测观察心肌细胞凋亡情况。结果:大鼠创伤后1h心肌组织caspase3活性开始增高,6h出现了明显的凋亡,12h达到高峰。结论:机械性创伤可以引起心肌细胞凋亡,而且凋亡的心肌细胞在创伤后一段时间内随时间延长而增多。
