摘要 目的:探讨对比剂注射优化技术在多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中的应用价值。方法:采用心电门控下64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(CTCA),根据对比剂注射技术将患者随机分成恒速团注组(FB)和优化团注组(OB)两组,各30例。统计分析两组间右冠状动脉(RCA)、左冠前降支(LAD)、左旋支(LCX)和胸主动脉各段的血管显影效果及密度差异。结果:两组均可获得较高密度的冠状动脉和主动脉图像,OB组测得的冠状动脉近端和远端以及胸主动脉中端和远端的密度差异较小,与FB组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT对比剂团注追踪技术中,优化团注法可以获取较为均匀一致的血管密度,有助于提高CTCA的诊断价值。 Objective: To explore the value of optimized contrast material administration techniques in CT coronary angiography (CTCA). Metbods: Electro cardiography gated 64 slice CTCA was performed in 60 patients of suspected coro nary artery diseases. The recruited individuals were randomized into two groups with 30 cases each according to the opti- mized contrast meterial administration techniques. The vascular attenuation was measured on the aorta, right coronary artery (RCA),left anterior descending (I.AD).and circumflex artery (CX). Independent t-test was used to analyse the data. Re- sults: Both of the groups could aquire high quality of coronary and aortic images,the attenuation values in the proximal and distal coronary artery and in the middle and distal thoracic aorta are more consislent in group OB,which were of significant difference in comparison with those in group FB (P^0.05). Conclusion: More consistent attenuated vascular images can be obtained by using optibolus that may be helpful in the diagnosis of coronary artery diseases.
