成型钛板即刻修复下颌骨缺损的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察下颌骨肿瘤术后下颌骨缺损成型钛板修复的临床效果。方法:35例患者应用成型钛板即刻修复下颌骨缺损,并定期随访、观察。结果:本组1例死于肿瘤复发,1例因感染导致成型钛板大部外露而去除钛板,其余患者愈合良好,下颌骨连续性及功能得到恢复,手术成功率97.14%。结论:成型钛板应用于下颌骨缺损即刻修复治疗,效果良好。
