46例牙源性颌骨囊肿的治疗体会

Clinical Experience of 46 Cases of Odontogenic Cysts

目的:研究牙源性颌骨囊肿的诊断和治疗。方法:回顾性分析2003年-2007年我院收治的经病理证实的46例牙源性颌骨囊肿的临床资料及手术方式。结果:46例患者经治疗并随访均取得了较为满意的效果。结论:采用正确治疗方式可提高牙源性颌骨囊肿治愈率并有效保存患者的生理功能。

Objective： To study the diagnosis and treatment of odontogenic jaw cysts.Methods： 46 cases of odontogenic jaw cysts were studied retrospectively in our hospital.Thirty-five patients were diagnosed by preoperative biopsy.Curettage was performed in 14 cases,marsupialization was used in 28 cases and resection in 4 cases. Results： All cases were cured and followed up for 1-5 years without complications and recurrence.Conclusion： The appropriate treatment of odontogenic jaw cysts can completely remove the lesion and preserve physiological function of these patients.
