围手术期处理与老年胃癌

Perioperative Management of The Elder with Gastric Carcinoma

目的：探讨围手术期处理在老年胃癌患者中的作用。方法：回顾性分析我院2000年3月至2009年3月收治的113例60岁以上老年胃癌患者临床资料。结果：113例中85例行胃癌切除术，手术切除率为75．22％（85／113），69例有术前合并症（61．06％），术后并发症的发生率为32．74％（37／113），死亡率为2．65％（3／113）。结论：加强围手术期的处理可提高手术的安全性，降低手术死亡率和并发症发生率。

Objective： To explore the perioperative management of the elder with gastric carcinoma. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 113 elder cases over 60 ages with gastric carcinoma clinical data from 2000 to Mar.2009. Results： 85 cases routine resection of gastric cancer in 113 cases, surgical resection rate was 75.22%. There are 69 cases with complications （61.06%） preoperative, the incidence of postoperative complications was 32.74% （37/113）, and mortality rate was 2,65% （3/113）. Conelusion： The proper perioperative treatment can improve the surgery safety, and reducing the incidence of mortality and postoperative complications.
