摘要
目的:评价化学药品一类新药苯胺洛芬注射液的镇痛作用。方法:通过甲醛、热水、热板、电刺激致小鼠疼痛模型来评价苯胺洛芬注射液的镇痛作用,并选用了氟比洛芬酯注射液和喷他佐辛注射液进行对比研究。结果:苯胺洛芬注射液对甲醛、热板致小鼠疼痛模型均有明显的镇痛作用,且镇痛效果优于等剂量下的氟比洛芬酯注射液,但苯胺洛芬注射液对电刺激、热水致痛模型镇痛作用不明显。结论:苯胺洛芬注射液具有良好的镇痛作用,属于外周性镇痛药,其镇痛作用强于氟比洛芬酯注射液,是一个具有较大开发潜力的非甾体类镇痛新药。
Objective: To evaluate the abirritation of the First Type of New Drug, Felbinac Trometamol (FT) injection. Methods: a series of ache models were estimated to the abirritation of FT injection, such as Formaldehyde, hot water, electroforms stimulate and hot board methods. And the positive groups were Flurbiprofen Axetil and Pentazocine injection, respectively. Result: The abirritation of FT injection showed significantly which was superior to the same dosage of Flurbiprofen Axetil in Formaldehyde and hot board models, but not obviously in electro stimulate and hot water model. Conclusions: The abirritation of FT injection, a new peripheral abirritation of NSAIDs, is better than Flurbiprofen Axetil with a huge potential for development.
