摘要
应用多元统计方法对40个亚麻品种的13个性状进行方差分析。结果表明各性状的F值均达到极显著水平。然后进行主成分分析,得到7个主成分因子,按主成分因子评价亚麻品种的优劣,并按照40个亚麻品种间的遗传距离进行聚类分析,得到5大类群。
Variance of 13 characters of 40 flax varieties was analyzed using multivariate statistical methods. The results showed that F value of each character was significantly different. Then phenotype average was standardized for analysis of principal components. Seven principal components factors were obtained, these factors could be used to evaluate flax varieties. 40 flax varieties were clustered to five major groups by genetic distance.
