摘要
文章在分析新升本院校图书馆开展文献咨询服务现状的基础上,对如何在新升本院校图书馆开展学科馆员制提出了一些构想。
Based on the research into the discipline-oriented librarian system,this paper analyzes the current service situation of reference consultation in the newly-established universities. A new model is proposed to carry out the discipline-oriented library work.
