摘要
由于各种主、客观因素的影响,校长与教师之间时常发生矛盾并产生心理距离。文章认为,使校长与教师的心理距离保持或缩短在一定程度,对于构建和谐校园是十分有益的。
Schoolmasters and teachers often have psychological distance caused by conflicts due to various subjective and objective affects. It is believed that to reduce or maintain their psychological distance to some distance is beneficial to constructing a harmonious campus.
